Privacy Policy
How MyLeaseMileage handles personal information when you use this website.
Calculator use
MyLeaseMileage provides free calculator tools. You can use them without creating an account. Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser and are not submitted to MyLeaseMileage merely by using a calculator.
Website hosting and technical data
This website is delivered using Cloudflare services. When you visit the site, technical information required to deliver and protect the website may be processed, including your IP address, request and routing information, browser or system information, and information about the requested URL.
This processing is necessary for secure and reliable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interests in providing, securing and maintaining the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process limited metadata in the United States and Europe. More information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Contact form and email
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, in order to respond to your enquiry. Depending on the nature of your message, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communications or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries and correspondence.
The contact form is provided by Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which processes form submissions on our behalf. Web3Forms states that its infrastructure includes Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner and that form submissions may be retained for up to three years by default. It also states that transfers from the EEA are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any related legal or business requirements.
Affiliate links
MyLeaseMileage contains a sponsored lease-buyout link provided through the MaxBounty affiliate network. The link first passes through our own /go/lease-end route and then redirects to MaxBounty's tracking service. No affiliate tracking code, pixel or cookie is placed by MyLeaseMileage before you choose to follow that link.
When you click the affiliate link, MaxBounty receives information associated with the click. MaxBounty states that this includes IP address, user-agent information about the browser and operating system, and a unique identifier associated with the click. MaxBounty uses this information to track traffic and help prevent fraud. Processing after the redirect is governed by the privacy practices of MaxBounty and the destination advertiser. See the MaxBounty Privacy Policy and our Affiliate Disclosure.
Analytics and cookies
MyLeaseMileage does not use Google Analytics or other client-side visitor-tracking analytics. The site does not set advertising or affiliate cookies before you intentionally follow an affiliate link. Third-party websites reached through external or affiliate links may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive data you have provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact info@myleasemileage.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, its service providers or applicable requirements change. This version was last updated on 6 October 2026.
