Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of MyLeaseMileage and its free calculator tools.
Informational use only
The calculators and other content on MyLeaseMileage are provided for general informational purposes. Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and are not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.
Check your own lease information
Lease agreements, mileage allowances, excess-mileage rates, fees and vehicle costs vary. You should check your own agreement and confirm important figures with your leasing company, finance provider or other relevant provider before making a decision.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the calculators and information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every result or item of content will be complete, current or suitable for your particular circumstances. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Affiliate links
MyLeaseMileage may contain affiliate links. We may receive compensation if you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action. Affiliate links do not alter the calculations performed by our tools. Further information is available in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Third-party websites and services
Links to third-party websites may include affiliate links. Third parties are responsible for their own websites, offers, eligibility decisions, terms and privacy practices. MyLeaseMileage does not provide the products or services offered by those third parties and does not guarantee their availability or suitability.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to its systems, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, MyLeaseMileage is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates where the figures entered are inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, or where a third party changes its terms, prices, eligibility requirements or services.
